REQUIREMENTS...
In order to execute a thorough analysis, Carrigan requires client input as necessitated by the scope of a project. The following items represent a sample list of requirements necessary for the completion of a workflow analysis:
1) A signed contract with Carrigan Group, Inc.
2) A design review meeting.
3) Provision of design specifications and
requirements by client.
4) A floor plan of the area to be modeled,
if applicable.
5) Depending on the scope of the project, a
multi-day on-site visit by Carrigan may be
required to:
• review the site layout
• review the current workflow
• discuss input and arrival parameters
• photograph the current operation site
EXAMPLE CARRIGAN DELIVERABLES...
• A detailed project plan in MS Project
that includes timelines and milestones.
• A customized Workflow Analysis
IDEF0 behavioral model diagram
of the affected/proposed processes.
• An optional customized animated
workflow simulation of the
affected/proposed processes and/or
of the entire enterprise operation.
• Hardware and software deliverables
as per contract.
• Follow-up support.
